Here’s what happens when you decide you want to work with Ideal Kitchen Makeovers.

Look through our galleries and decide what sort of look you’d like, or if you have your own ideas note them down – maybe you have pictures from a magazine or brochure. You can use our WISH LIST for notes.
Call Ryan on 01252 404248 or during the day you’ll get him on 07834 234538, or email him – fix up an appointment and Ryan will come round to see you and the site.
Discuss what you want with Ryan – he’ll bring samples and kitchen brochures with him.
He’ll look at your existing kitchen, measure up and talk to you about ideas he can suggest.
Using the measurements and your chosen specification, Ryan will work out a cost for supplying and fitting your kitchen and provide you with a written quotation.
Ryan will contact you to see how you are getting on with choosing your kitchen and a second site visit can be arranged.
Once you’re happy with the quote and accept it, Ryan will draw up a contract and agree it with you, and you both sign.
He’ll agree a timescale for the project and take a 25% deposit from you to cover the upfront cost of materials.
A few days before the arranged start date, Ryan will call you to check all is well and discuss any preparations you might need to make.
On the agreed date at the right time, Ryan and his team will turn up ready to start work.
If you’re going to be using your kitchen whilst the job is being completed, Ryan will ensure that at the end of the day everything is cleaned up and left fit for you to cook in.
The job will be finished on the agreed date – unless something unavoidable happens – in which case Ryan will discuss with you a revised completion date. However – he’s never had to do this yet and he will try to ensure he never does!
Once it’s all finished, cleaned up and sparkling, you’ll pay the balance of the agreed amount, and Ryan will give you your 5 year Guarantee – if anything comes loose or isn’t working within that time, he or a trusted team member will be round to sort it out.
